Membership Information

Dear Sir / Madam,

We THANK YOU for your interest in knowing about our Society Membership details.

The Objective of our society is to provide Premier housing facilities (To acquire and develop lands for residential layouts, Villa Plots, construction of row houses & apartments) for IT employees, Engineers, Diplomas and all sectors involving IT and Engineers. Currently, we are on a membership drive & request you to make use of this opportunity to become life members of our society.

The Main Advantages Of Society Membership Are As Follows :

  • Upon Payment of necessary membership fees, each applicant would be considered as Society Members for life and will be allotted 1 Share of Rupees 1000/ each.
  • Members will be given Identity cards and Share Certificates.
  • Members will be eligible to apply for plots in any or all of the Society layouts at a discount rate. (Marginally lesser than the normal pricing system).
  • Members will play an active role in the functioning of the society.
  • Members will be eligible for a certain dividend / gifts upon successful completion of each project and milestones.
  • Members are eligible to refer interested people to book/buy plots in society layouts and would earn a token of appreciation and a nominal referral bonus.
  • Members will receive regular updates / newsletters on the Project launches, Project progress Updates and general information about society.
  • Membership fee / Share amount will be a refundable amount, at any point of time in case the members wish to surrender their membership. They may do so by surrendering the Share Certificate and Identity Cards in a prescribed format.

Membership Fees

An amount of Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred and Fourty only (Rupees 1440/-) is applicable towards membership registration.
  • Share Amount = Rupees 1000/- Only (per share).
  • Entry Fee = Rupees 200/- Only.
  • Share Fee = Rupees 100/- Only.
  • Certificate charges = Rupees 60/- Only.
  • Application charges = Rupees 80/- Only .

For 5 shares total membership amount is Rupees 5440/- only.

Eligibility

We require the following documents for the registration of your membership
  • IT or allied Company Identity card / Engineering Certificate in any discipline and cadre. (M. Tech / B. Tech / Diploma / BE )
  • 3 passport Photographs.
  • A Crossed Cheque or NEFT for Rupees 1440/- only.
